2026 HOCR 4702 Winter Challenge

Registration is Open!

HOCR 4702 returns for its fourth winter training season!  Join members of the HOCR community to row, bike, or ski through the winter with proceeds to benefit HOCR’s DEI partnerships, grants, and programming.

– First Place Finishers in each event division will receive a 4702 Medal!

– First 2500 registrants will receive a 2026 HOCR 4702 pin!

How to Participate:

Row Erg: Race 4702 meters from the comfort of your home! Competitors may row their piece on any rowing machine that counts distance and submit their time to their RegattaCentral entry during the event week: January 26th – February 1st*

*While all rowing machines are welcome – only the top finishing time using a stationary Concept2 Erg will be eligible for the 4702 medal

Bike Erg: For those who are taking less strokes this winter, we have a Bike Erg division!  Race 9404 meters on the C2 Bike Erg and submit the time to your RegattaCentral entry during the event week: January 26th – February 1st

Ski Erg: Race 4702 meters from the comfort of your home! Competitors may ski their piece on the C2 Ski Erg and submit their time to their RegattaCentral entry during the event week: January 26th – February 1st

Win a Guaranteed Entry for your club!

Any Club with at least 10 participants will receive an entry into a giveaway for 1 of 10 Guaranteed Entries to the 2026 HOCR. Clubs represented by 20+ entries will receive an additional giveaway entry! *

*The Guaranteed Entry may not be used for an event in which that Club has 2 or more entries. HOCR will contact the club administrators or Head Coach if selected.  Winning clubs are still responsible for entry fees associated with selected event, and must determine how the entry will be used prior to September 1, 2026

Concept2 Giveaway – Our partners at Concept2 have chipped in to give one participant a new RowErg!**

**Prize can only be shipped within United States. Winner must agree to submit all neccessary tax information prior to prize fullfillment.

Boat Rental Giveaways – Teams with a minimum of 10 athletes participating will be eligible for a free boat rental from HUDSON in the SHARK Zone or WinTech for use at the 2026 HOCR.
