This is a “STAY to SAVE” event. These special arrangements and discounted rates are only available via this website, so teams are encouraged to book their housing accommodations through HBC Event Services.

Reserving hotel rooms through HBC guarantees that if the tournament is canceled due to weather/natural disasters, you will not be charged for any cancellation penalties that you may otherwise incur if you made your reservation elsewhere!

Finally, you have the ability to purchase a Travel Protection Plan with up to 100% for covered cancellations reasons as well as a Cancel for Any Reason benefit of 75% coverage of your unused non-refundable prepaid expenses for travel arrangements you paid for your trip, including the event registration costs.
